5 Years has not been kind to Superman, rode it 2 weeks ago. Its Terrible, Rough as hell...I'll Take Scream every time... Meanwhile, Getting back on Medusa last Sunday its a good as ever.

Waited from 7.30am till 12.30pm for Hyperia on opening day. Granted the ride didn't open till 10am so not sure if I'd count 2.5 hrs or 5 but it's blown my socks off. Riding it again today 🎉

$100 is in Disney/Universal price range. I think Lagoon has the advantage of being the only amusement park within 10+ hours of something better as to why they charge so much.

Longest line I ever waited in was Flight of Fear at Kings Island the year it was new. My family (and extended family) waiting just at 3 1/2 hours for it. Right when my cousin was able to see the launch he chickened out 🤣 No regrets, still love that ride even if it isnt in my top 25 👍🤘

Do they still have the Flying Aces? I know it's just a simple carnival ride essentially, but you can get some serious hang time controlling your little sail there. Probably the most underrated ride at the park, IMO.

It looks like Colossus got some much needed TLC since the last time I rode it, which admittedly was almost 20 years ago. It looked somehow older than it was, and it felt like it was going to fall apart the whole time riding it. But the paint looks great, and it sounded a lot smoother than any other time I remember riding it before.

I was a Year and a half old when Astroworld closed. My dad went several times from the mid 70's to the late 90's. Wish it was still open, i'm a sucker for old (not to mention rare) coasters

Wicked was NOT designed by ZIERER. It was designed by Lagoon’s Director of Engineering at the time, Legendary Coaster Engineer Dal Freeman. That is why the second half has the half pipes.

The scariest thing at lagoon is touching the ground on the last Part of Is colossus. I've gotten a couple of good static electricity shocks so I don't dare to do it anymore.

Context: I am disabled. My disability starts at my back and affects my legs. Unfortunately, despite being a total thrill seeking enthusiast a poorly kept wooden coaster or certain restraints make me unable to ride ANY ride for about two hours after whatever rough one I was just on. For me, as a park goer, rollercoaster enthusiast, and disabled person, *too rough* is just not an option for me 🤧 so second rides? Not a chance! Really wish I could though…

4 hours for Magnum at Cedar Point back in the mid 90s. It wasn't even a new ride that year. I love coasters (Millie is my fav) but I still hate Magnum. Lol maybe hate is a strong word, but I really don't enjoy riding it.
